The privacy policy of +370 37 333900 (hereinafter – “Altas” or the company) applies in cases where a person submits his personal data to the company through the “Klauskite” form on the “Altas” website https://www.altas.lt/.

When processing personal data, the company follows the 2016 April 27 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as other legal acts regulating the processing and protection of personal data.

What personal data is collected?

When submitting a request through the “Ask” form on the Altas website, you provide the company with the following personal data: name, e-mail postal address, telephone number. By providing these data, you give your consent to the company to process your personal data for the purposes of responding to your request. You have the right to withdraw the given consent at any time by contacting the company through any of the company’s publicly available contacts.

To send a request, it is enough to submit an e-mail. postal address.

You warrant that you will provide accurate and correct personal data to the Company and that you will not provide third party data.

To whom is personal data provided?

The personal data provided by you are not provided to third parties.

How long is personal data stored?

The personal data you provide is stored no longer than the purposes of data processing require. Personal data is deleted after the end of correspondence with you.

Your rights

You have the right to request that the company allow access to your personal data and correct or delete it, or limit data processing, or the right to object to data processing, as well as the right to data portability.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the legal acts regulating personal data protection.
